  1. Help Lock is an INIT that lets you use the caps lock key to turn help balloons on and off. That’s all it does, and that’s all it’ll ever do. I wrote it because I didn’t have any other use for my caps lock key. It doesn’t patch any traps, so it’s less likely to be the cause of conflicts than some other INITs.
